- For posts other than IT Officer Scale I, candidates should have a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/language or have studied Computer/Information Technology as a subject in High School/College/Institute.
- All qualifications must be from a University/Institution/Board recognized by the Government of India or approved by government regulatory bodies.
- The final result must be declared on or before 21.08.2024.
- Candidates must submit proper documents from the Board/University showing the result was declared on or before 21.08.2024 at the time of the interview.
- The date of passing will be the date on the mark-sheet or provisional certificate issued by the University/Institute.
- If the result is posted on the University/Institute’s website, a proper document/certificate in original, issued and signed by the appropriate authority, must be provided.

Exam Pattern
The IBPS CRP Specialist Officers XV exam is conducted in two stages: the preliminary exam and the main exam. Candidates who qualify in both exams are selected for the interview. Those who qualify in all stages are selected for the Specialist Officers post. This examination, conducted in Hindi and English, consists of objective multiple-choice questions (MCQs) designed to assess candidates’ knowledge and aptitude. Note:-
- IBPS will shortlist a sufficient number of candidates from each category for the Online Main examination.
- Negative Marks for Wrong Answers: Giving a wrong answer in the Objective Tests results in negative marks. You will lose one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question.
(B) Main Examination:
For the Post of Law Officer, IT Officer, Agriculture Field Officer, HR/Personnel Officer and Marketing Officer
For the Post of Rajbhasha Adhikari
Note:-
- Candidates must obtain a minimum score in the Online Main examination.
- High scores are required to be shortlisted for the interview.
- Cut-offs will be decided based on the number of vacancies.
- Scores from the Online Main examination will not be shared before the interview process is completed.

What to Bring to the Examination Hall:
In the examination hall, the following items must be brought and submitted to the invigilator for verification:
- Call letter
- A photocopy of the candidate’s currently valid photo identity (bearing exactly the same name as it appears on the call letter).
At the Time of Preliminary Exam:
- The call letter for the Online Preliminary Exam will be authenticated/stamped by the exam venue staff but not collected.
- Candidates must keep the call letter and the authenticated/stamped copy of the ID proof safely.
- For the Main Exam, candidates must bring the authenticated call letter, Main Exam call letter, and other required documents as specified in the “information handout” and call letter.
- The scribe form (if applicable) will be collected during the Online Preliminary Exam.
- Candidates must bring an additional photograph (same as pasted on the call letter) along with the call letter and other required documents.
- Candidates without a photograph pasted on the call letter or without an additional photograph (same as pasted on the call letter) will not be allowed to take the exam.
- Candidates are advised to keep about 8 copies of the same photograph used during the application process for future stages of the selection process.
At the Time of Main Exam:
- Candidates must bring both the duly authenticated Online Preliminary Exam call letter (with authenticated copy of ID proof) and the Main Exam call letter.
- Those who do not bring the authenticated/stamped Online Preliminary Exam call letter and the authenticated/stamped photocopy of the ID proof to the Main Exam will not be permitted to take the exam.
- An additional photograph (identical to the one pasted on the call letter) must be brought along with the call letter and other required documents as outlined in the information handout and call letter.
- Candidates who report without a photograph pasted on the call letter or without the additional photograph (identical to the one on the call letter) will not be allowed to appear for the exam.
Selection Process
- The examination is conducted in two phases: Online Preliminary and Online Main.
- Candidates who qualify the Online Preliminary Examination and are shortlisted will need to appear for the Online Main Examination.
- Shortlisted candidates from the Online Main Examination will be called for a Common Interview conducted by the Participating Banks and coordinated by the Nodal Bank.
- Based on the actual vacancies for the 2025-26 financial year and the business needs of the Participating Banks, candidates will be provisionally allotted to a bank.
- This recruitment process, including the Online Preliminary and Online Main Examinations, Common Interview, and provisional allotment, has been approved by the appropriate authorities.
IBPS CRP SPL-XV Interview Process
Candidates who successfully pass the Online Main Examination for CRP SPL-XV will be invited to participate in an Interview. The interview process will be managed by the Participating Banks and coordinated by the Nodal Banks in each State/UT/Region with support from IBPS.
Key Points:
- Interview Call: Shortlisted candidates will receive details about the interview center, address, date, and time in their call letter.
- Downloading Call Letters: Candidates must download their interview call letters from the official IBPS website. No requests for changes to the date, center, etc., will be entertained, although IBPS may alter these details or conduct supplementary processes if necessary.
- Interview Marks: The interview will be scored out of 100 marks. The minimum qualifying marks are 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates).
- Weightage: The Online Main Examination and Interview will be weighted 80:20.
- Final Score: The combined score from both the Online Main Examination and Interview will determine the final result.
- Disclosure of Scores: Interview scores of candidates who do not meet the minimum qualifying marks or are otherwise disqualified will not be disclosed.
- Provisional Allotment: Candidates must pass both the Online Main Examination and Interview and score sufficiently high to be shortlisted for the provisional allotment process.
Documents Required for the Interview
Candidates must produce the following documents (original and self-attested photocopies) at the interview. Failure to provide these documents will result in cancellation of the candidature. IBPS/Nodal Bank/Participating Banks are not responsible for any documents sent separately.
- Interview Call Letter: Printout of the valid Interview Call Letter.
- Online Application Form: Valid system-generated printout of the online application form for CRP SPL-XV.
- Proof of Date of Birth: Birth Certificate or SSLC/Std. X Certificate with Date of Birth.
- Photo Identity Proof: As specified in the notification.
- Educational Qualifications: Mark sheets/certificates. Submit a document from Board/University confirming the result declaration on or before 21.08.2024.
- Caste Certificate: For SC/ST/OBC candidates, issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format. OBC candidates must not belong to the creamy layer or be outside the Central List.
- EWS Certificate: Income and Asset Certificate in the prescribed format for Economically Weaker Section candidates.
