Exam Pattern
The IBPS CRP PO/MT XV exam is conducted in two stages: the preliminary exam and the main exam. Candidates who qualify in both exams are selected for the interview. Those who qualify in all stages are selected for the Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee post. Selection Procedure
- Examination Structure: The online examination consists of two phases: Online Preliminary and Online Main.

- Provisional Allotment: Based on vacancies and business needs for the financial year 2025-26, candidates will be provisionally allotted to one of the Participating Banks, following Government Guidelines on reservation policy and administrative convenience.
- Validity: The validity of CRP-PO/MT-XIV will expire automatically at the close of business on March 31, 2026, with or without prior notice.
Interview Process for CRP-PO/MT-XIV
Candidates who successfully pass the Online Main Examination for CRP PO/MT-XV will be invited to participate in an Interview. The interview process will be managed by the Participating Banks and coordinated by the Nodal Bank in each State/ UT/ Region with the help of IBPS.
- Shortlisting for Interview: Candidates who qualify the Online Main Examination will be called for an Interview conducted by Participating Banks and coordinated by the Nodal Bank with IBPS’s assistance.
- Interview Centers: Interviews will be held at select centers. The center, address, date, and time will be provided in the call letter.
- Call Letter: Candidates must download their interview call letters from the official IBPS website www.ibps.in. Requests for changes in date, center, etc., will not be entertained.
- Changes and Supplementary Process: IBPS reserves the right to change the date, venue, time, or center of the interview or conduct a supplementary process if necessary.
- Interview Marks: The interview will carry a total of 100 marks. The minimum qualifying marks are 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD candidates).
- Weightage: The weightage ratio for Online Main Exam and Interview is 80:20.
- Final Score Calculation: The combined final score will be based on the Online Main Examination and Interview scores.
