Application Fee

Note:

  • Payment can be made via cash at any SBI branch, net banking of any bank, or through Visa/ Master/ Rupay/ Credit/ Debit Card/ UPI.
  • There is no fee for SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Women candidates of any community. However, Gen/OBC/EWS male candidates are not eligible for fee exemption and must pay the full prescribed fee.
  • Applications without the prescribed fee will not be considered and will be summarily rejected. No representation against such rejection will be entertained.
  • The fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances, nor can it be held in reserve for any other examination or selection process.

Application Process:

  • To apply, candidates must utilize the online platform available at upsconline.nic.in. Applications submitted through any other means will not be considered and will be rejected.
  • Candidates should upload supporting documents/certificates for all claims made in the application, such as Date of Birth, Experience (preferably in the prescribed format), Desirable Qualifications, etc. These documents should be uploaded separately against each claim in PDF format. Each document should be scanned at 200 dpi grayscale, ensuring legibility, with file sizes not exceeding 1 MB for individual modules mentioned and 2 MB for the “UPLOAD OTHER DOCUMENT” module. Documents like Pay Slip, Resume, Appointment Letter, Relieving Letter, and Un-signed Experience Certificate should not be uploaded.
  • Documents in languages other than Hindi or English must be accompanied by a duly attested transcript in Hindi or English by a Gazetted officer or notary.
  • Ensure correct and active email addresses are provided in the online application, as all correspondence will be conducted via email. Interview schedules and requirements regarding certificate submissions will be communicated via email and posted on the Commission’s website.
  • Applicants interested in multiple posts must apply separately for each post and pay the prescribed fee for each.
  • Upon submitting the Online Recruitment Application (ORA), candidates should print the final submission for their records.
  • Candidates are not required to submit hard copies of their online applications or any documents to the Commission by post or in person. However, they should bring printouts of their online applications and specified documents if called for an interview.
  • Submit only one Online Recruitment Application per post. If multiple applications are submitted for one post, ensure the application with the higher “Application Number” is complete, as only that application will be considered. Fees paid for one “Application Number” cannot be adjusted to another.
  • Submit the Online Recruitment Application well in advance of the closing date.
