Deputy Manager (Marketing – Financial Institutions) MBA / PGDM or its equivalent from a recognized university / institution.

Specialization in Marketing / Finance is preferred
Minimum 5 years post qualification experience of working in an entity related to Banking and Financial services domain (Bank / PSU/ Corporate) is essential with preference for work experience in Financial Institutions Group / Corporate and Institutional Banking in a Bank.
  • Strong marketing skill with proficiency in International Banking Products, including FI coverage products.
  • Data Analytics, Strong Communication, Problem solving and business analytical skills.
  • The candidate should possess sound knowledge of Banking operations.

Selection Process

  • Shortlisting: Mere fulfillment of the minimum qualification and experience does not entitle candidates to be called for an interview. The shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank will determine the shortlisting parameters, and thereafter, an adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank, will be shortlisted for the interview. The Bank’s decision to call candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
  • Interview: The interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks for the interview will be determined by the Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
  • Merit List: The merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order based on the scores obtained in the interview only. In case multiple candidates score the cut-off marks (common marks at the cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order in the merit list.
