The application fee must be paid online only through internet banking, debit/credit cards, or UPI. All applicable service charges for the chosen online payment method will be borne by the candidate. Payments through any other mode will not be accepted, and applications without the prescribed fee will be rejected without further consideration.

The deadline for online fee payment is 15.10.2024 at 23:59 hrs. Candidates who complete their registration by 13.10.2024 at 23:59 hrs. must ensure their fee payment is made by the specified deadline. Applications must also be submitted by 15.10.2024 at 23:59 hrs. to be considered.

Exam Pattern

The recruitment process shall involve 1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT), 2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT), Typing Skill Test/Computer Based Aptitude Test (as applicable) and Document Verification/Medical Examination.

1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT):

This initial stage is common for all posts under CEN 05/2024 and includes questions from General Awareness, Mathematics, and General Intelligence and Reasoning. The test consists of:

Selection Process

  1. 1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT): This initial stage is a common test for all posts and evaluates candidates on General Awareness, Mathematics, and General Intelligence and Reasoning. The results from this test are used to shortlist candidates for the 2nd Stage CBT.
  2. 2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT): Shortlisted candidates from the 1st Stage CBT will appear for the 2nd Stage CBT. This stage features more advanced questions in the same subjects. The scores from this stage are crucial for further shortlisting.
  3. Typing Skill Test (TST): For posts such as Senior Clerk cum Typist and Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist, candidates must undergo a Typing Skill Test. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to type at a speed of 30 words per minute (WPM) in English or 25 WPM in Hindi on a personal computer without the use of editing tools or spell check facilities. Exemptions are provided for candidates with certain disabilities, such as blindness or cerebral palsy, who must upload a Typing Skill Test Exemption Certificate issued by a Competent Medical Board. The merit for these posts will be based on the 2nd Stage CBT scores, with TST being qualifying.
