Salary and Benefits
In this recruitment, engaged apprentices are entitled to receive a stipend per month based on the branch category during the one-year contract period. The stipend amounts are as follows:
- Rural/Semi-Urban Branches: Rs. 10,000/-
- Urban Branches: Rs. 12,000/-
- Metro Branches: Rs. 15,000/-
During the apprenticeship period at Punjab National Bank (PNB), apprentices will receive a monthly stipend based on the location of the branch where they are assigned.
