  • Written Examination:

    • Up to 80 points will be awarded based on the marks obtained in the written examination.
    • The remaining 20 points will be allocated based on candidates’ previous service experience in state government hospitals or programs, with additional points granted for service in tribal and non-tribal areas.
  • Service Experience Points:
    • Candidates with prior work experience in state government hospitals or institutions on a contract or outsourced basis can earn significant points.
    • Specifically, 2.5 points will be awarded for every six months of service rendered in tribal areas, while 2 points will be granted for every six months of service in non-tribal areas.
    • Points will only be awarded for completed six-month periods, ensuring that relevant experience is duly recognized.
  • Final Merit List:
    • After evaluating the written examination scores and service experience points, a final merit list will be compiled.
    • Candidates will be selected based on their overall scores in descending order, reflecting their academic performance and practical experience.
